Online coaching is a service where I coach my clients via text, email, phone, and/or video calls.
When you are my online client you will be held accountable for any and all workouts and nutrition tracking that we agree to. If you are committed to your program, you will see faster results.
We will have weekly scheduled meetings to recap the previous week and to lay out the next. I will send you either daily or weekly information (depending on program) and you will be responsible for completing your homework on your own. Of course I am available for questions and any help you need at any time, but I cannot meet in person for this service.
